For immediate assistance in emergency situations:
To create an account, click the 'Sign Up' button on the top right of the homepage. Fill in your details, verify your email address, and complete your profile to get started.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Click the three dots (...) next to any post or comment and select 'Report'. You can also report users through their profile page using the 'Report User' option.
Go to your profile settings, select 'Privacy', and adjust your preferences for who can see your posts, profile information, and contact details.
Immediately use the emergency button in the app, contact local authorities if necessary, and report the incident to our safety team at safety@pooh.com.
