All subscriptions on the Pooh platform are non-refundable. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription
  • Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your paid subscription period

2. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period
  • You will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is no-refund, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing access to our services for an extended period
  • Unauthorized charges or fraud
  • Legal requirements or regulatory compliance
